Berger Montague Honda Infotainment Class Action

Plaintiffs allege that Honda manufactured, marketed, distributed, and/or sold the Class Vehicles 2016-2020 Honda Civics without disclosing that the Class Vehicles’ Infotainment Systems are defective in that they malfunction, freeze, or crash, which in turn cause certain features to stop operating (including the navigation system; heating; ventilation, and air conditioning (“HVAC”); music/radio; display screen; Bluetooth/phone; and backup camera.)
